You can request the deletion of your Gwiza account at any time. Because Gwiza is operated by MVend Limited, an Electronic Money Issuer licensed and regulated by the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR), account deletion follows a structured process designed to protect your funds and comply with Rwandan financial law.
